
About the Role
Veterans United Solutions LLC is hiring a part-time, remote, Disaster Case Manager with experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting of single-family loans to support low-income and moderate-income homeowners who have reconstruction needs from qualifying disasters across the state of California.
Essential Duties

Assist with and lead day-to-day case management activities throughout Californiam including but not limited to:

Coordinating with the construction management team to assist applicants

Conducting intake and processing applications to ensure all required documentation is provided

Analyzing submitted documentation to determine eligibility

Monitoring, tracking, and reporting program applications

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
At least two (2) years of experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting of single-family loans; or

At least two (2) years of experience in analyzing legal and financial documents for the purposes of determining eligibility for single-family loans
